Description

The photograph shows the wreckage of the Benoist Type XII airplane that Edward and Milton Korn were flying on August 13, 1913. The airplane crashed in an open field on the George Linker property in Shelby County, Ohio. The photograph is a close up view of the motor and cockpit of the airplane and two women are observing the wreckage in the background. This photograph is part of the MS-220 Edward A. Korn Collection.
