Description
Letter from Fritz Marti to Right Reverend Monsignor Carl J. Ryan, Superintendent of Schools, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. In this letter Marti outlines his "reaction to certification of teachers in private schools." He makes a case against requiring education courses for teachers at private schools pointing out that it would drive capable instructors to other institutions.
