Description

Christopher "Chris" A. Fretz (DOB: July 7, 1969) enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on July 15, 1987. He served with the First Battalion Eight Marines at Camp Levine, North Carolina, MCAS Tustin, California, Europe, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. Fretz served in the First Gulf War during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Medal, the Southwest Asia Medal with three stars, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, and the Sea Service Medal with four stars. Fretz was discharged on November 1, 1994 at the rank of Corporal.
