Description

Paul McClain (DOB: December 15, 1925) enlisted in the United States Navy in December 1943. He served in Idaho, Madison, Wisconsin, Solomon Islands, Maryland, Massachusetts, and in throughout the Pacific on an LSC(L)-113 as a radio operator, and participated in the Battle of Okinawa. McClain was discharged in May 1946 after achieving the rank of Radioman 2nd Class.
