Abstract
Enterprise Social Media (ESM) is an emerging tool of office automation in the era of web 2.0 which are widely adopted within organizations. This study aims to investigate the effect of ESM affordances on employees' thriving at work (i.e., vitality and learning). Based on the psychological empowerment theory, this study proposes a model to examine how ESM affordances influence employees' thriving at work through enhancing psychological empowerment.
