Description

Octave Chanute's oscillating, multiwing glider built by Charles H. Lamson in Pasadena, Ca. Chanute and Augustus Herring tested this glider with front elevator removed at Kill Devil Hills, October 5 through 14, 1902. The person holding the glider frame is unknown but is thought to be Lamson.
