The photograph shows the Electric Cascade in the grotto at the National Military Home of Dayton, Ohio. The image is shot looking across the cascade with two men drinking from a fountain near a walking path on the far side. The photograph is from the twenty-fifth page of the photobook titled, "National Military Home Dayton" and published by Keyes Souvenir Card Company in Dayton, Ohio circa 1910. The photograph has a handwritten caption on the bottom that reads, "Electric Cascade In Grotto."
