Description
Robert William Kowalski (DOB: December 14, 1989) enlisted in the United States Air Force in October 2006. Mr. Kowalski served with the 88th Security Forces in Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Kowalski left the Air Force in 2011 having achieved the rank of E-4.
