Kathy Platoni, PsyD (DOB: April 28, 1952) was commissioned in United States Army 1979. She served in the Contiguous United States, GTMO, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Platoni also served as the Chief Psychologist in the United States Army Reserve and Chief Psychologist in the Ohio Military Reserve. She retired with the rank of Colonel (0-6).
