Description
Cruciformed was a contemporary art exhibit with 37 artist depicting works related on crucifixes in regards to Christianity from 1980 onward. Focused on the motif of the cross, inherently the object not tied to religion, yet, invokes an emotional response that the artists here wished to depict with the era of the end of the century. The exhibit was held at Wright State University Art Gallery from November 17, 1991 through January 10th, 1992. It featured a variety of mediums all relating to the subject of crosses.
