Description
Vance Saunders (DOB: October 21, 1955) enlisted in the United States Air Force on June 10, 1973. He attended Security Police School and became a military working dog handler. He left military service on June 30, 1993 at the rank of Captain. Saunders is an instructor in the Computer Science department at Wright State University.
