Description

Larry Otto enlisted in the Air National Guard in 1949. Mr. Otto later joined the Navy Reserves and eventually received a commission into the United States Air Force becoming a test pilot, helping to increase safety and mission capability through flight test operations. Mr. Otto retired from the Air Force in 1976 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
