Description

James E. Kitts (DOB: April 18, 1939) was commissioned into the United States Air Force in July 1961. Mr. Kitts served at Nakhon Phanom in Thailand during the Vietnam War as a navigator. After the war Mr. Kitts then served in the Air Force reserves. He retired in 1990 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
