Description

James Hamman was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps in September 1953. Mr. Hamman served in Korea and at Lake Mead Air Base in Nevada where he worked with nuclear weapons. Mr. Hamman served in the reserves from 1956 to 1972 when he left military service with the rank of Colonel.
