The Evening Item

The Evening Item was published by the Wright Brothers’ company, Item Publishing Co. This paper focused on providing a digest of world news, often highlighting national news, while still providing local and regional news. The Wright Brothers purposely kept The Evening Item short and organized so that it would be "in such shape that people can see at a glance what the paper contains." The paper was published from April 1890 through July 1890.
