Description

School children are clothed in red, white, and blue, to form the United States of America flag during the 1909 Wright Brothers Homecoming Celebration medals ceremony held on the morning of Friday June 18, 1909 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds.. At the start of the ceremony, the children sang the "Star-Spangled Banner". At the conclusion of the song, the children pulled out handkerchiefs and waved them in the air to give the illusion of the flag waving in the wind.
