Description
A blurred image of Dayton Mayor Edward E. Burkhart and Ohio Governor Judson Harmon on stage at the medals ceremony during the 1909 Wright Brothers Homecoming Celebration held on the morning of Friday June 18, 1909 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Behind Governor Harmon is General James Allen of the United States Army Signal Corps. Other distinguished guests that attended the medals ceremony can be seen on the stage. In the grandstands, school children are clothed in red, white, and blue, form a United States of America flag.
