Description
William "Bill" Tate, his wife Amanda (Addie, their two daughters Irene and Pauline aged three and two respectively), and an unidentified woman (possibly Maxine Cogswell), Addie's sister on the porch of the Kitty Hawk Post Office, September, 1900. Bill Tate was the local postmaster. The Post Office also served as their home.
