Front view of the Wright 1903 Flyer as set up by Orville Wright at South Field, Dayton, Ohio. The Flyer is minus its motor. A complete set of photographs were taken of the Flyer for the Montgomery vs United States patent infringement case. Orville Wright note in left margin states "1903 machine as set up at South Field Feb 1921 for Montgomery case."
