Seasholes, Stanley Allyn, Under Secretary of the Navy James V. Forrestal, Edward A. Deeds, Helen Jepson, and Carl Kindl. Speaking at the podium is a Naval officer representing the Navy. The presentation was held in the National Cash Register Company auditorium.
