    This is probably Wilbur Wright's altitude record setting of flight of 115 meters completed on December 18, 1908. The location is Camp d'Auvours near Le Mans, France. The flight won the Aero Club de la Sarthe prize for the first flight exceeding 100 meters in altitude.
