Letter from Ruth D. Mayne of the Ohio State Board of Education to Fritz Marti. In the letter Mayne mentions having received Marti's communication and a copy of a letter to Father Ryan. Mayne also assures Mr. Marti that his opinion will be "relayed and emphasized to the State Board of Education."

Letter from Right Reverend Monsignor Carl J. Ryan to Dr. Marti. In this letter Ryan advises Dr. Marti to be present at a meeting of the "private and parochial school people" in preparation for the State Board of Education setting standards. Ryan asks Marti to prepare a statement about teachers requirements for The Marti School.

Fritz Marti

Letter from Frtiz Marti to the Acting District Director of Immigration and Naturalization stating that he enclosing statements from the secretary of the local public school and Mr. H. L. Sullivan, Superintendent of the municipal school system of Marietta. Mr. Sullivan helped the school with "curricular advice." The letter also discusses enrollment for that year.

Letter from Frtiz Marti explaining that he is submitting the Petition for Approval and two I-17 Forms. It also makes mention of Marietta College abolishing its chair of philosophy which has caused him to focus on "our private school."
