Description
Captain Glenn Byrum in one of the simulators in the PACRAT (Performance and Communication Research and Technology) lab at the Biocommunications lab at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Behind Capetian Bryum are banks of speakers that are used to play sounds pilots often have to put up with flying a mission. The lab is set up to test the effect of loud noises on pilot efficiency.
