Description

An Me 262 In the bay of an Air Force C-5A at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base after being flown from Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio Texas where it was restored by members of the 404th Combat Logistics Support Squadron USAF Reserve. The Me 262 was the worlds first operational jet Fighter. The restoration took three years.
