The first page (on the right) indicates that the ceremony was held at the Grand Opera House on Tuesday Evening, June 16, 1891. It also lists all members of the Board of Education, Teachers, and Graduating Class. Dunbar's name can be found in the far right column, sixth name from the bottom.
The last page (on the left) consists of a poem "Farewell Song. Class of 1891," written by Paul Laurence Dunbar.
