Description
Dalvin E. Donovan (DOB: April 2, 1923) was drafted into the United States Army Air Corps and served as a Crew Navigator in the 39th Bomb Group. All of his missions flew out of Guam. He served during World War II and achieved the rank of First Lieutenant.
