Description
Richard “Rick” Tober (DOB: April 27, 1947) enlisted in the United States Air Force in September 1966. Mr. Tober served with the 56th USAF Dispensary in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand during the Vietnam War. Mr. Tober left the Air Force in 1970 with the rank of Sergeant.
