Description
James M. Hoover (DOB: February 10, 1946) was commissioned into the United States Air Force in May 1969. Mr. Hoover served with the 56th Security Police Squadron at Nakhon Phanom in Thailand during the Vietnam War. Mr. Hoover retired from the Air Force in 1989 having achieved the rank of Captain.
