Volume 1 of the Transcript of Record contains the compilation and reprinting of pertinent records in the Wright Company vs. The Herring-Curtiss Company and Glen H. Curtiss. This transcript includes the bill of complaint, the supplemental bill, as well as the direct testimony of Orville and Wilbur Wright. The complainant's exhibits, which include drawings, letters, photographs and other documents are also contained in this volume.
