In this first interview with Mrs. Regina Borum, second Administrative Assistant to Dean Beljan of the Wright State School of Medicine, Mrs. Borum describes her background, hiring by Dean Beljan, and her initial impressions of the Wright State School of Medicine. She goes on to describe her responsibilities and duties. Mrs. Borum provides some fascinating insights into specific areas of the School of Medicine's development such as faculty and staff development, the visitations of the Liason [sic] Committee on Medical Education, and the leadership style of Dean John Beljan.
