On September 29, 2017, Dan Abrahamowicz interviewed James E. Sayer, Professor Emeritus, about his four-decade career at Wright State University . Sayer discusses the development of the Communication program, his multiple terms as Faculty President, the creation of the Faculty Senate, faculty unionization, and his service as Dean of the Lake Campus. The interview reflects on leadership transitions, institutional growth, and changing campus culture.
