Abstract
People who suffer from chronic diseases are principally responsible for self-managing their disease conditions following initial diagnosis by a physician. Most times, these people turn to the Internet as a source of information. A study by the Pew Research Center in 2014 identified that 72% of Internet users looked up health-related information online.
