The Department of Kinesiology and Health
(KNH) offers a variety of wellness, fitness and physical activity courses, called Raider Active, for the general student population at Wright State. Undergraduate degree programs in KNH include Multi-age teaching Licensure in Physical Education and Health Education. Sport Science programs prepare Exercise/Fitness Specialists. Athletic Training program prepares individuals for the sports medicine field. Public Health Education prepares individuals for work in public health, occupational wellness, health care and non-profit agencies. Finally, KNH houses a Master's degree program in Physical Education/Sport Management and an endorsement program in Adapted Physical Education.
