Abstract
After graduating from nursing school and passing the NCLEX, you’re ready to start job hunting. Now that this long-awaited day is here, you may be surprised to feel more panic than joy. As a new graduate, you seem to be expected to know what kind of nursing position you want and where you want to work. How do you figure those things out and then what steps do you take to get your first job?
