Abstract
We appreciate the comments of Dr Eberle that provide further anecdotal experience for an association between Klinefelter syndrome and fire-setting behavior. In addition, her observation and Sorenson's observations which she notes provide additional evidence that testosterone may be helpful in individuals with Klinefelter syndrome who have fire-setting behavior or other antisocial behavior including stealing and violence toward others.
We have also seen an additional individual with variant Klinefelter syndrome, similar to Dr Eberle's patient.
