Abstract
President Cheryl B. Shrader asks the Wright State community to welcome Walter J. Branson to campus as the new Chief Business Officer (CBO). His goal is to help oversee a variety of the budgeting of a variety of departments. She goes on to discuss his qualifications and his previous positions.
