Description
The photograph is a school portrait of Kleon Thaw Brown in his dress uniform from the Miami Military Institute, ca. 1905. Kleon was the youngest brother of Orvon Graff Brown, founder and president of Miami Military Institute. This photo is from a grouping of eight cadets portraits on one portrait board which is now in an album in the Martha McClellan Brown Collection.
