Description
Daniel H. Lephart Jr. enlisted in the United States Army Air Force in February 1945. Mr. Lephart served as a mechanic at Toulon Field in Vienna Austria during World War II. Mr. Lephart was at Toulon when the nuclear bomb was dropped in Hiroshima ending World War II. He left military service in November 1946 as Private First Class.
