Description

Richard Lentz (DOB: May 30, 1946) was commissioned into the United States Air Force in August 1970. Mr. Lentz served with the 374th and 776th Tactical Airlift Squadrons, the 60th Military Airlift Wing and the 7th Military Airlift Squadron during the Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm and in Serbia. Mr. Lentz was awarded a silver star and a purple heart for his service. He retired from the Air Force in 1993 having achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
