Description
This research captured a glimpse of female Deaf survivors’ experience of sexual assault through the eyes of an advocate. A Deaf advocate was interviewed revealing several themes regarding the uniqueness of Deaf survivors and their culture. Results warrant further research with Deaf survivors to glean a better understanding of their disclosure experiences.
