    Description

    The photograph is of fire damage to the interior of the Miami Military Institute school building, December, 1903. A fire of unknown origin broke out while cadets and faculty were attending Sunday church services on December 6, 1903, causing extensive damage to the school building. The photo shows the charred remains of interior walls and stairs. This photo is from an album in the Martha McClellan Brown Collection.
